Directions for Q: Study the following information carefully and then answer the questions given below it.

A big concern owning a number of factories propose to open a network of schools for the workers’ children and require Principals for them, with the following qualifications :

A. The candidate must have a master degree with at least 2nd division and should be B.Ed. If however, the candidate has passed M.A. in 3rd division but holds a master degree in Education (M.Ed) the selection committee would refer his/her case to the Welfare Officer of the concern for recommendation.

B. The candidate must have 10 years’ teaching experience and 3 years’ experience in administration. But if the candidate has 20 years’ teaching experience, his case would be referred to the General Manager of the concern. If, however, the candidate has only 7 years’ teaching experience, but his/her experience in administration is 5 years or more his case would be referred to the Vice-Chairman of the concern.

C. The candidate must be in the age – group of 35 to 45 years on 1st Oct, 1995 and for women candidates, the upper limit is relaxable by 2 years. If a candidate holds a master degree in Education and has 15 years of experience in administration and is above 45 but below 50, his/her case would be referred to the Chairman of the concern.

D. The candidate must submit all the information regarding his age, qualification and experience. If some information is missing, the candidate’s case would not be considered.

1. 2nd Sep, 1956 born Seeba Singh has passed M.A. and holds a B.Ed degree. She has a teaching experience of 12 years and has worked as a Principal for 4 years.
