Upsc-Senior Scientific Officer

Senior Scientific Officer Grade-I in Direstorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Labour & Employment. The post Unreserved. The post suitable for Physically Challenged Persons with disability viz. Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy with One Leg Affected (Right or left) (OL) or One Arm Affected(Right or Left) (OA).

Qualification

• Master's degree in Psychology/or Education of a recognised University with papers either in Mental Testing or Education and vocational Guidance and Statistics.
• P.hD Degree inthe area of test construction or P.hD degree with at least five years experience in the construction of tests of Mental abilities , or atleast seven years experience of construction tests of mental abilities

Duties

Responsible for development of tools & techniques to be used in assessing different potentialities of human behavior, development of new psychological tests in newely identified field of abilities. Organizing & conducting Training Seminars in vocational guidance and Aptitude tests for the selection of Trainees in various Industrial Organization.HQ: New Delhi with liability to serve anywhere in india.
