Qualification

1. Educational:Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
2. Experience:Seven years' experience of administration, acounts and establishment work in a *supervisory capacity in a Government Office or Public body or a * *commercial organization of repute.* The terms of supervisory capacity may be considered as post in PB-2 Rs.9,300-34,800/- with grade pay of Rs.4600/-.* *The terms of Commercial organization of repute may be considered as follow:-
   • The organization should have total employees strength not less than 100.
   • The organization should have proven record of profitability enjoying market goodwill as well.
   • It should be a professionally managed organization offering quality products and/or services.
3. Desirable:Knowledge of Government rules and regulations.

Duties

To function as Head of Office. Appointing Authority for Group 'C' & 'D'. Assisting the Chief Administrative & Finance Officer in general Supervision of the various activities of the Institute like Administration, acounts, purchase, legal maters, security, maintenance, control over expenditure etc. Any other work assigned by Director and/or Chief Administrative & Finance Officer. HQ: Kanpur, but liable to be posted anywhere in India.
