Upsc-Public Prosecutor in Central Bereau of Investigation, Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Public Grievance & Pension. of the eighty five posts, eleven posts are reserved for Scheduled Castes Candidates, seven posts are reserved for Scheduled Tribes Candidates, twenty seven posts are reserved for Other Backward Classes Candidates and remaining forty posts are Unreserved. Of the eighty five posts three posts are reserved for Physically Challenged person with disability viz. Blindness or LowVision i.e Blind (B) of Partially Blind (PB) and one post is reserved for Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerrbral Palsy with Both legs affected but not arms (BL) or One Leg Affected (Right or Left) (OL) or One Leg and One Arms (OLA). The posts are also suitable fpr Physically Challenged Person with disability viz. Blindness or Low Vision i.e Blind (B) or Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy with Both legs affected but not arms (BL) or One Leg Affected (Right or Left) (OL) or One Leg and one Arms Affected (OLA).

Qualification

Educational:Degree in Law of a recognized University.
Experience: Seven years practise at the Bar in conducting criminal cases.

Duties

Responsible for conducting the prosecution of cases in the courts. Attend to matters arising from or pertaining to court cases /references. To give legal advise is respect of cases investigation by Branch. To attend to other works as prescribed by the Department from time to time.
HQ: CBI's Head Quarter at Delhi However, candidates is liable to serve anywhere in India.
