Qualification

1. Educational:
   • Degree in Architecture of recognized University Or equivalent.
   • Should be registered with Council Of Architecture.
2. Experience: Seven years experience in the profession. Experience in architectural planning of hospital and associated building complex.

Duties

Preparation of preliminary sketch plans of designs, concept and detailed working drawings of building projects. In addition to independant projects prepare drawings for Senior Architects projects. Preparation of specification and schedule of finishes. Supervising work of subordinates. Visit construction sites. Consult Supervisor of Works and Electrical/Air Conditioning Engineer. Obtain approval of building plans from local Munucipal/Civic bodies etc. Issue completion certificates. Assist in organizing exhibition. Submission of monthly progress report and other duties assigned by the Competent Authority. HQ: New Delhi.
